This prize draw is open to all Michelin Lifestyle website users (michelin-lifestyle.com) that are aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Michelin Group, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of this prize draw shall not be eligible to enter the prize draw.

All entries must be submitted on the Michelin Lifestyle website (michelin-lifestyle.com) To be entered into the prize draw, entrants are required to complete the consumer research survey on the Michelin Lifestyle website
Entries must not contain any material which is defamatory, obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory in any way. Entries must not infringe the copyright or other rights of any third party, including rights to privacy.
Winning Prize: There is 1 MICHELIN tyre inflator and 1 MICHELIN tyre pressure gauge to be given away to one winner.
The opening date for entries is on 1st August 2022 at the time the survey goes live on the Michelin Lifestyle website (michelin-lifestyle.com) The closing date is 12:00 (BST) on 30th August 2022. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
By submitting a prize draw entry, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
The Promoter will select the winner at random from all eligible entries on 3rd September 2022.
The winner will be notified by email (using the email address on which the winning entry was submitted) by 5th September 2022 and must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 48 hours of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner.
The prize is subject to availability and is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.
The images used in the promotional material are for illustrative purposes only. The Promoter does not claim any rights of ownership in competition entries. Entrants agree that the Promoter may make entries available on its website and any other media and in connection with any publicity of the competition. Entrants grant the Promoter a licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the competition entry, to use, display, publish and copy the competition entry for such purposes (together with any other actions the Promoter thinks appropriate).
Personal data supplied during the course of this prize draw may be passed on to third party suppliers only insofar as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the prize. For further details, please refer to the privacy notice set out below.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winners or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is directly caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Entrants’ statutory rights are not affected.
The Promoter reserves the right to publish or make available on request information about a prize winner that indicates that a valid award took place (usually by way of surname and country of the prize winner only or their social media handle) and, if applicable, their winning entries. If you do not wish this information to be published or made available on request to the Promoter or wish to reduce the amount of information published or made available please contact the Promoter at [email protected]. This will not prevent the Promoter from providing the information and winning entry to the relevant supervisory authority if requested.
The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. The Promoter’s decision is final.
This prize draw is governed by English law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
